Session Security

Device Security

What We Do: If a suspicious device is used to sign into your account, we will block that access until the account can be verified.

What You Can Do:

Do not share your unique ID code with anyone and remember we’ll never ask you to share your code over the phone or via text message.
Keep your contact information updated so we can reach you and verify your identity when needed.
If prompted, only choose to save your username and password on your personal device.
Use a secure PIN or biometric recognition – such as a fingerprint or Face ID – to unlock mobile devices.
Always keep your mobile device updated with the latest security and software updates.
