Session Security
What We Do: We will send email alerts when certain changes are made to your account. We also ask you to re-enter your password when you change critical information, such as your contact information.

Device Security
What We Do: If a suspicious device is used to sign into your account, we will block that access until the account can be verified.
What You Can Do:
  • Do not share your unique ID code with anyone and remember we’ll never ask you to share your code over the phone or via text message.
  • Keep your contact information updated so we can reach you and verify your identity when needed.
  • If prompted, only choose to save your username and password on your personal device.
  • Use a secure PIN or biometric recognition – such as a fingerprint or Face ID – to unlock mobile devices.
  • Always keep your mobile device updated with the latest security and software updates.
